Ancestral farm of the Filion family, well anchored in the Baie-Saint-Paul valley and registered for decades in the heritage of Charlevoix. They are beef producers with direct marketing to consumers. It went hand in hand with breeding without growth hormones or antibiotics and with cultivation practices without pesticides, insecticides and GMOs.
