Thanks to the bears of yesteryear that propagated the ancestral apple trees of the surrounding farms, Baie-Saint-Pomme benefits from a wild orchard, where the taste of the apples is quite different from what we are used to. Their ciders and spirits have a less sweet, even very dry profile, and are primarily flavored by products found on their own land.
